Does anyone know if this update fixes the issue of Office depositing some 'recovered files' in the trash upon every boot? That was sooo annoying. Every time I booted, I'd have to empty the trash. Other people had the same issue, but there wasn't a proper solution. One Microsoft employee just said, 'it's safe to empty your trash.' That's not the solution we're looking for! Why are random files being generated in the trash in the first place?! Sorry. =)

Sometimes, copy protection depends on the drive you're using. Some drives will successfully read some copy protected CDs, while others won't. Anyway, the only suggestion I have is Preferences -> Importing -> Use Error Correction.

So far the push notifications are working very well. However, the contact syncing actually deleted all of my contacts and replaced them with some contacts from facebook that were NOT even close to being correct. I'm not too happy about this at all. It ended up pushing these changes to my MobileMe cloud so I have basically lost all of my contacts. Way to go facebook!

Yes but you do not need to use it as a physical button.
You can use the MacBook 100% without EVER clicking the physical button.
The trackpad can be setup in System Preferences to respond to a touch as a click rather than a physical click. That is the way I have used it from days one and I have no issues with it at all.
Yeah, but it's important to some of us to have that physical click, which is why I love the trackpad. I can get a tactile response from anywhere on it. That's also necessary for a phone or iPod for me, and I'm sure it's true for thousands of other users.

As if security concerns weren't bad enough if your phone gets stolen.., If this is used to pay automatically for services and merchandise, what's to prevent a thief from running up a huge balance by using a stolen iPhone's RFID? Here in the UK we have to enter a PIN when using a credit card, and that seems to deter thieves. However, there are some places that require only a signature for some bank cards - my ex's purse was stolen in London and within the thirty minutes it took to report this to the bank 300 GBR pounds were charged to her bank card. Using a mobile phone for payment is not new - it's just a stupid idea.

In a LOT of people's mind, it's broken until they put support for Exchange 2003/WebDAV back in.
Why would they do that? Support for Exchange 2003 is going away. Microsoft gave a roadmap 5 years ago which showed companies when to start planning Exchange upgrades.

What about the Windows "antivirus tax" or the Windows "Registry tax" or any number of other Windows "productivity and performance taxes"?
Major virus/malware problems, the registry and the gradual Windows slow down are all problems from the past. In Windows 7, all that is needed is a good free Antivirus (like MSE) and the same common sense needed not to catch malware in OS X.
People who argue about Windows viruses, slowdown and registry sound just as silly as them who still claim Macs only have one mouse button in my opinion. Both are things from the past.
